CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

*Each class needs a minimum of 3 participants to run (we check 12 hours before class begins), so we encourage you to sign up in advance using the "See Class Schedule" link Below!

Pilates

Pilates focuses on developing strong core muscles in the belly, lower back, and pelvis for better stability and posture. These principles help you become more flexible, increase body awareness, and improve overall health, both physically and mentally.

Pilates FLOW

Pilates Flow emphasizes slow, small movements aimed to improve core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. The smooth flow of exercises promotes a dynamic and rhythmic Pilates experience.

pilates-HIIT

A high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines traditional Pilates principles with interval training and core-strengthening exercises. This dynamic workout will get your heart pumping and enhance both strength and cardiovascular fitness. There are two variations to this class:

HIIT with bands

HIIT with weights and bands

Inferno Hot pilates (IHP)

-HIIT

A high-intensity, low-impact workout performed in a heated room that combines traditional Pilates principles with interval training and core-strengthening exercises. The heat intensifies the workout, aiming to raise metabolism, enhance muscle endurance, and increase flexibility. There are two variations to this class:

HIIT with bands

HIIT with weights and bands

Barre

Enhance your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while incorporating elements of dance and ballet-inspired movements into a single workout.

YOGA

Immerse yourself in the rhythmic flow of a rejuvenating vinyasa yoga class, where movement becomes meditation. In this dynamic practice, seamlessly link breath with movement as you transition through a series of postures, creating a graceful and fluid sequence. Vinyasa yoga offers a harmonious blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newcomer to the mat, you'll find challenge and serenity while fostering a sense of balance and well-being.

Hot YOGA

Hot yoga seamlessly weaves together dynamic poses, breath control, and mindfulness in a heated studio to enhance flexibility, detoxification and cardiovascular health. After engaging both body and mind, you'll leave feeling refreshed and revitalized. 

YOGA Dance

Come tone and enliven the body with Yoga Dance, a combination of yoga asana and high energy dance. With an emphasis on core strength and intuitive movement, we'll break a sweat and have some fun. (Fun not required, but encouraged...)

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a practice of conscious relaxation, using props to support your body in gentle comfortable positions. The poses are held anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes, giving your body plenty of time to relax, so your mind can enter a quiet state. Essential oils will be used lightly to help create a Peaceful atmosphere.

Silver Sessions

Gentle exercises focusing on enhancing mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. Tailored to address the unique needs of older adults, these sessions include low-impact activities, balance exercises, and strength training in a supportive and encouraging environment. Kids Dance

(6 Week Sessions)

Hip Hop

Ages 9-12

Thursdays 4:15-5:15

April 4, 11, 18, (no 25th),

May 2, 9, 26

In this high-energy and fun-filled class, young dancers will learn the fundamentals of hip hop dance, including basic moves, grooves, and routines tailored to their age group. This class fosters creativity, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment. Get ready to bust a move, make new friends, and unleash your inner superstar on the dance floor!

Kids Dance

Jazz/Hip Hop

AGes 7-10

Thursdays 3:15-4:15

Get ready to groove and twirl in our dynamic Jazz/Hip Hop fusion class! Combining the sassy rhythms of jazz with the funky beats of hip hop, this class offers the perfect blend of style and energy. Dancers will learn a variety of techniques, from classic jazz kicks to hip hop isolations, all while building strength, flexibility, and coordination. Whether your child is a seasoned dancer or just starting out, this class promises to inspire creativity, boost confidence, and ignite a passion for dance!

Kindergarten (Ages 5-7)

Ballet & Jazz/Hip Hop

Ballet one week, Jazz/Hip Hop the opposite week

Our Kindergarten Ballet/Jazz/Hip Hop class is a dynamic fusion of three popular dance styles specifically designed for children aged 5 to 7 years old. In this class, young dancers will have the opportunity to explore the fundamentals of ballet, jazz, and hip hop on alternate weeks (Ballet one week, Jazz/Hip Hop the opposite week), providing a well-rounded dance experience.

During Ballet weeks, students will delve into the grace and elegance of classical ballet, learning basic ballet positions, terminology, and technique while fostering poise, flexibility, and coordination.

On Jazz/Hip Hop weeks, the energy shifts to the vibrant and rhythmic world of jazz and hip hop. Students will groove to upbeat music, learning fun and age-appropriate choreography that combines elements of jazz technique and hip hop moves, promoting musicality, creativity, and self-expression.

With alternating weeks, students will have the chance to develop skills in each dance style, expanding their movement vocabulary and artistic expression. Our experienced instructors create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where children can thrive and unleash their creativity while building confidence and a love for dance. Join us for an exciting dance journey where every step is filled with joy, laughter, and a whole lot of fun!

PRIVATE Sessions

Connect with Karrie to create a plan tailored to your individual goals and needs. Private sessions focus on customized one-on-one workout routines, targeted exercises, specific guidance and motivational support.
